With over 20 years of experience in aging services leadership, Jill has pushed back against the status quo of aging services and driven deep cultural transformation in for-profit and non-profit organizations, including nursing homes, assisted living, and life plan communities.

Each transformation not only improved the quality of life for the people who lived and worked in the communities, but led to significant improvements in occupancy, financial, and regulatory outcomes.

Jill is currently the CEO of Christian Living Communities and the former President & CEO of The Eden Alternative. Jill is passionate about helping organizations create vibrant, life-affirming environments where each person matters and everyone has opportunities for growth and purpose, regardless of age or abilities.

She speaks internationally on topics of ageism, leadership, and cultural transformation and is the author of the award-winning book Disrupting the Status Quo of Senior Living: A Mindshift.
